Key Registration Dates and Deadlines

Abstracts:

• Submission Opens – 15^th May,2019
• Submission Deadline – 31^st July,2019
• Notifications sent to Presenters – 5^th August, 2019
• Students whose abstract gets selected for poster presentation, their registration fees will be waived off.

Registration:

• Registration Opens – 01^st May, 2019
• Early Bird Registration Deadline – until 15^th July, 2019
• Regular Fee - from 16^th July until 5^th August, 2019

Registration Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund – cancellations received upto and including 15^th July, 2019
• 50% refund – cancellations received between 16^th July until 5^th August, 2019
• No refund – as of 6^th August, 2019
